TripoCell strives to provide high-quality eSIM services to its customers. However, we do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption, always be accessible, or function completely error-free.

4. Device Compatibility and Network Coverage

The customer is responsible for verifying eSIM compatibility and ensuring the network functions properly on their device. Device compatibility may vary depending on the mobile operator and the country of origin. The customer can check the list of eSIM-compatible devices here. This compatibility list is regularly updated, and new devices may be added.

5. Legal Compliance and Proper Usage

Customers must not engage in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities while using TripoCell services. If a customer performs actions that damage or disrupt the network, TripoCell reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict their access to the service.

Even if the service is suspended, the customer must continue fulfilling all payment obligations as per the agreement.
